These terms govern your use of IRL, an AI event agent that suggests outings in the San Francisco Bay Area. By creating an account or using IRL you agree to them.
Who can use IRL
You must be 18 or older and have a mobile number in the United States or Canada. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
What IRL does
IRL suggests events using your preferences, public information and AI. Suggestions can be wrong or out of date. Hours, prices, weather, availability and safety conditions change, so confirm details with the venue before you go. Use your own judgment; IRL isn’t responsible for what happens at a place it suggests.
Messages
Texting with the IRL agent is governed by our SMS Terms.
Acceptable use
- Don’t abuse, probe or overload the service, or try to bypass limits.
- Don’t use IRL to harass others or for anything unlawful.
- Only upload photos you have the right to share.
Changes and ending
We may change IRL or these terms, and we’ll update the date above. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or deleting your account; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

IRL is provided “as is” without warranties, and to the extent allowed by law we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
